Client Care Specialist -

The Client Care Specialist (CCS) at ChoiceOne is responsible for evaluating and administrating all the ministry's client contact opportunities. The role involves cohesive strategizing, client and volunteer relations, administrative oversight, public speaking programs, facility management, and community development work. The CCS is the eyes and ears of CO's administration to know, understand, and communicate the needs of the women we serve and make suggestions for program response.

 

The CCS is tasked to review and oversee program implementation, including but not limited to scheduling, on-site leadership, client communication, volunteer training, engagement and oversight, community partner site visits and recommendations, and ministry promotion, including being a part of CO's speaker's bureau. ChoiceOne is a ministry designed to share the good news of the unconditional, redemptive love found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love and provide aid to women who are facing life circumstances that leave them scared and alone. Our services are designed to provide aid when a woman faces challenges that result from sexual experimentation, unplanned pregnancy, fractured and injured self-esteem, harmful relationships, poverty, or a lack of resources. We believe fully that, as Christians, our response to being pro-life is to love and provide from the womb to the tomb, reaching far beyond political constraints. This role is integral to stabilizing and synthesizing all of CO's organizational components of client contact and care. Under the leadership of the Client Services (CSD) and Executive Directors (ED), the critical objectives found within the role include but are not limited to organizational integrity/development/advancement, client/community connection, program oversight and integration, and volunteer/staff training.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to sign CO’s Statement of Faith and Conduct Forms

  • Preferred Degrees:  BA/BS psychology or mental health-related field or management

  • Independent and self-starter

  • Flexibility in schedule in order to meet a rotation of shift supervision

  • Must be gracious collaborator and enthusiastic missionary partner

  • Strong computer skills (MacOS preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficient to multi-task

  • Detail-oriented

  • Willingness to be flexible

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Preferred but not required Fluent in Spanish, advanced social work, counseling degree, and graphic arts or social media skills

The Educational Program Leader position at ChoiceOne presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of creative and dedicated individuals in developing impactful life-saving messaging related to life and hope for schools and youth groups, teenagers, parents, young adults, and single mothers.

 

ChoiceOne is a leader in creating an innovative and interactive Christian-based academic curriculum known as Let’s Talk. The Let’s Talk curriculums are multifaceted and at their core focus on sharing the good news of the unconditional love and acceptance of the gospel, the truth about the powerful benefits of understanding oneself, and training the skills of good decision-making.

 

This role is offered as a project-based (1099) employment opportunity. The project-based nature of the role provides a focused environment for creating, promoting, and executing the best academic-based curricula possible.

  • Independent and self-starter

  • Must be gracious collaborator and enthusiastic missionary partner

  • Strong computer skills (MacOS preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficient to multi-task

  • Detail-oriented

  • Willingness to be flexible

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Preferred but not required: curriculum development; volunteer or team leadership experience
